Made-to-Order Delivery - We aim to deliver made-to-order products within 8–10 weeks from order confirmation.

Delivery is not included in the product price unless otherwise stated. Any delivery charges, specialist handling requirements, or bespoke shipping arrangements will be confirmed at the time of placing your order.

Fabric availability can impact lead time, and we will advise you of any potential delays as soon as we are aware.
As many of our products are made to order and shipped to their final destination, weather, cargo, customs, or logistical disruptions can occasionally cause delays.
If specialist requests require bespoke shipping services, there may be additional charges. These will be discussed at the time of placing the order.

Returns:

We hope you love every TLC piece you purchase, however if there is a problem do contact us and we will help. Bespoke or Made To Order items are non-returnable.
