Returns & refunds

• Bespoke purchases: no change‑of‑mind returns; manufacturing defects remedied within a reasonable time.

• Stock / Ready‑to‑deliver purchases: unused, in original packaging, returnable within 14 days of delivery; a collection fee may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• Flex (FaaS): see 4.8 for early returns/termination and 4.5 for collection.
